edgware to stanmore bus 142

hi

i was wondering if this bus has been removed from service because the journey planner no longer has it running from edgware to stanmore its a shame but i suppose i have to either run/bus to canons park instead

Edgware bus station is closed for rebuilding, so everything is diverted there. All you need to do though is to run two minutes down the road to catch the 142.

Do you not think that it's quicker to go to Canons Park on the 79, 186 or 340, rather than wait for a 142? It's certainly better doing that if you're going in the other direction, anyway. I can't think of anything worse than waiting at Stanmore for twenty minutes for one bus!

It is also possible to run from Edgeware to Canons Park. If you are fit it can be quicker than waiting for a bad bus connection.

I have also run from Stanmore to Edgeware. My advice on this one is "Don't".
