I only found out the other day about this book from some guy called Romolo Russo (reminds me of that Greek singer from the 70's).

The official synopsis on Amazon says:

What?!?! OH MY GOD!!!!!!

I don't need this book ... but maybe that's because I don't need to memorise all the Tube stations. But it would be cool. But I don't want to use a contrived story method to do so.

you could just use Geoffs blank tube map and practice on there! make sure ur not braking copyright though

Dear Neil,

Discussion regarding the memorisation of the Tube map (hereinafter the "London Underground Passenger Orientation Device") infringes copyright regulations; at least, my client says so, and they're the ones giving me the money for sitting here surfing the Internet all day and generally being a miserable ****** to anyone who I can find.

Please take the entire Tubechallenge forum down by the end of Wednesday March 15th 2006, or TfL will be forced to find something useful to do with their money.

I presume the significance of the three hours must be that 3 hours is how long it takes TFL's thought police to catch up with people in possession of a tube map.
