If you have me on Facebook you'll no doubt know about this but for those who don't: On the 15th of July I'm going to be cycling 62 miles in my local town raising as much money as possible for the Alzheimer's Society (they're putting it on) and the theme affects me and my family in particular as my nan has dementia at the moment and has had it for three years. The pain of watching her like this can be sometimes unbearable so I saw this event and I thought 'There's no way I can ignore that'!' and so I shall be doing it!
