Croydon tramlink - first ever completed time set?
Not content with the effort of the full network on Thursday a further challenge was undertaken by Phil, Jamie & Ryan Brown on Friday when they completed the Croydon Tram Link.... I believe that they would have set a very good time aside an agonising missed connection at East Croydon.... I don't have the time to hand but perhaps one of the trio can post here...

Blimey if that's how long it takes to cover just the Tramlink, think how long the SLAM challenge will take!

I would estimate it will take somewhere between 4-5 hours to complete a SLAM.
One day I shall return!

Since Tramlink has request stops, presumably a pass-through is acceptable if a stop is not actually made?

Noooooooooooo!!!
Damn, I liked holding that record.
Oh Well at least our route is a possible 1.39 (If you don’t get slow drivers! )

Bit of a bump...
Had a sneaky warm up for today's Z1C by doing a Tramlink challenge, and beat scrxisi's record of 1h44m34s with a new time of 1h41m33s
Beckenham Junction start, Wimbledon finish

Wouldn't that make Reeves Corner very awkward?al wrote:Beckenham Junction start, Wimbledon finish
Although I can see the possible advantage in the loop's timing.
