yes thats true i have given you two snack breaks so really unless you want to overload ur self with food we can get on route as long as you run on the bits involved where you do actually have to run!. small distances

I'm probably the person to ask on this but I haven't the foggiest. All I do know is that for an 11-15 Oyster card it's £0.70 per journey and free on buses.

tfl website says there are loos at high Barnet. Don't know where on station they are tho'

On the platform that has the side entrance! No idea if they'll be open at 5am though!

They are certainly open very late in the evening so I assume they will be open at 5am as well.

Just been round the Loop with Andi, Tangy & Myles. Met them at Woodford having seen a tweet from Glen saying he was at Walthamstow, assumed he was in same team, but apparently he's defected. So I guess I must have missed the other team, who can't be far behind.
