All updated. Everyone except jamesthegill was at a new venue today, including somewhere called "Linford Wood". No idea where that is, or who's in charge of it but I bet they're rubbish.
Anyway, I should be back next weekend - I've had a series of things stopping me registering a time of late.

My time was hampered by the fact that eastleigh is a horrible start far too narrow I was right at the back so I walked the 1st kilometre. Although loved the finish and for the first time actually had a really nice Sprint finish. Dam bloody railcard though prevented me from doing London courses.
The start of 6 slow times as I run with my Girls to get them to their 10 tshirts by the end of the summer holidays.
Time 36:41
Woking parkrun next week.
P.s a new attendance record for Penrose of 221 a jump of 59 from last week.
Very pleased to run my fastest Bedfont Lakes of the year today and tomorrow I get involved in Junior parkrun for the first time as a volunteer at the new Laleham event

Well today was a total opposite warned of the pinch point at the start got up to 4th by the 100m then settled down to pacing just had no gas in tank from 3 to 4 km which prevented a fast time grass course also perhaps slowed a little. A bit of a Sprint but not as good as last week.
Dam rail company prevented me going London this week hiked up their 16 pound offer so Winchester was 19 return medina iow is now closest parkrun not done
My + 28 streak ends next week as it's the darts team outing to the seaside and will be on train departing Ashford at 0911, first tin of beer to cracked open 0911 and 1 second
