but my first race tomorrow.

been swapped in pretty last minute into a relay team for the MK marathon. Running the last 10k. Hopefully I'll enjoy it as it's a nice section of the route, finishing in the stadium.
Good luck with that and look out for Mei :D

Have a good run and remember to celebrate the "one parkrun to go" point.

Well, I enjoyed it! I guess... I mean considering it was running.

Where's everyone on Saturday. It's my first and last unknown in quite a while!

I will be touristing at a run nowhere near my neck of the woods. Any guesses? And tractakid can't guess, as he knows where it is. And it's not Milton Keynes.

Well done.

I should be at Southsea next Saturday, then probably London somewhere on the 14th for the SSC, and perhaps Fareham on the 21st.

Maybe. :D

Yet another week without a parkrun this time due to Penrose being cancelled because it's Helston Flora Day. Oh well coast path training it is then.

Back to Hove Prom tomorrow after a week off for a day trip to Weymouth, then next week I'm trying Eastbourne (my first non-Brighton park run) to accompany my brother for his inaugural run!
