The A756 forms the old westbound loop of the A75 inner loop road in Dumfries town centre and gained its number when Dumfries was given a (much needed) bypass in the early 1990s.

The Boeing 757 is Boeing's largest single-aisle passenger aircraft.

[Boeing is naturally getting a lot of publicity at the moment!]

Should you find yourself in Worcester, and wish to get to Tenbury Wells, you could always catch bus number 758.

762 is the position of the so-called Feynman point in the decimal representation of pi (3.14159...). The sequence of digits does not terminate or repeat itself, but when you get to the 762nd decimal place the unusual sequence "999999" appears.

764-HERO was an American Indie rock band from Seattle, Washington, signed to Up Records. The band's name, suggested by a friend, is taken from the Washington State Department of Transportation phone number for reporting HOV lane violators.

Another of those "dotty" ones (or "figurate numbers" to use the technical term): 766 is the 18th centred pentagonal number. You can arrange 766 dots in a pentagon with one dot in the centre and 17 surrounding layers.
