Looks like it! I meant to post "Furth im Wald" (a town in Bavaria) after the 24 hours were up, but forgot.

I'm pretty confident that there are no place-names beginning with "Rt", but I suppose we should wait to see if anyone comes up with one. I take it you don't have one yourself, so once the 24 hours are up anyone can start again from scratch.
