After staring at a tube map for a certain amount of hours, I have come up with yet another idea for a challenge, and I call it 'The environmentally friendly challenge'!
Basically, you must visit every station (Tube, Overground and DLR included) with something to do with nature, or of the sort. Examples I came up with:
Willesden Green
Honor Oak Park
Greenwich
Carpenders Park
Becontree
Provisional list will be added to this thread later on if anyone is interested
The only Tube Challenger to include a Premier Inn during an FNC!
I suspect that would be a very long challenge! The Park Challenge on its own takes a long time before you even start with the Greens and Woods and Gardens etc.
Agreed Parks is over 8 hours and I see that as with the "Posh" challenge we are spreading our wings out to DLR and Overground for these "new" alternative challenges...
This being the case you could "re-visit" the parks challenge with inclusion of a few more stations....

like!
The ONLY reason to this over a full network is because Olympia is omitted. But, then again, this challenge would allow it to be visited by overground. Yes, there are a couple of extremities that are missing (Amersham and Chesham fork), but this is basically a full network with additional overground and DLR track to cover. There's nothing wrong with challenges that cover everything- but this doesn't cover everything, instead, being annoyingly close.
*insert boasting about notable tube accomplishments here*
I have hunted for a topic raised a couple of years back which was for "The Countryside" challenge which was a similar idea but I believe excluded the "Parks" and DLR/Overground...
Does anyone else remeber/able to find this one??
