That's besides the point - you said SV is a system to match FPTP, but it doesn't have two separate voting rounds, which you earlier said was important. So how does it match FPTP? SV does not eliminate tactical voting and does not meet the monotonicity criterion, so it is a flawed system.

A "true" Supplementary Vote system requires everyone to vote again (France). At which point did I specifically say "SV isn't flawed in London"?

Your main criticism of AV was then that people do not get to vote again, yet it seems that you don't consider that to be a problem for SV, because you say it matches FPTP.
