I'm sure you're not the only one who would change them if they could! That qualifying was brilliant though.

Don't say too much for now - some people won't be watching it until later.

Re: 2012 Formula One Season
Mercedes front row.
Vettel is 11th.
I'm sorry but if I hadnt seen it and didnt want to know the result of qualifying then I wouldnt be looking in a 2012 formula 1 season thread.
I also wouldnt look at the news, turn on the radio, read twitter or look at THIS THREAD.

Re: 2012 Formula One Season
A third winner from a third different team in the first three races. This is getting impossible to predict. It was a cracking race in many ways, particularly with the battle for 2nd-3rd-4th-5th-etc. It would have been even better if they were going for the victory, but Rosberg was dominant at the front. Unsurprisingly, none of us predicted a victory for him.
Sam and scrxisi jointly won this round, both scoring 120 points. It's a conspiracy! Garion is still in the lead overall. The results are in the usual place.

Re: 2012 Formula One Season
I have decided to write a BASIC program to choose my drivers for future races. It's impossible to choose using logic and form, so I'm going to allow my program to do it for me.

Re: 2012 Formula One Season
As promised, I have written a BASIC program to automate my picks for me. I don't hold out much hope of gaining on the leaders following my Bahrain selections, but we'll see.

Re: 2012 Formula One Season
What criteria does your BASIC program use when making its picks?

Re: 2012 Formula One Season
It just picks a random number between 1 and 25 (except 13) and offers it to me for each position. To save time, I got the program to ask me if that number had been chosen before, repeating that driver if it had.
I did consider being all clever and only allowing the program to choose the obvious potential possibilities. But I can't be arsed, so it just goes random. Hence Hulkenberg to win.

Just to let you all know, I'm holding back on the scores until I know whether Rosberg is going to get a penalty.
