I tried to find you at Earls Court McDonald's on Thursday. I went there at ten to ten but perhaps you had already left.

To `visit' a station, the challenger must arrive and/or depart by an underground train in normal public service, but where a service is shared by underground and National Rail trains travelling over the same tracks it is permissible to use the National Rail trains.
My interpretation is that the natural meaning of this travelling over the same tracks clause includes the Gunnersbury to Richmond section, where the tracks are shared up to a terminus at which they separate into different platforms (and even then the platforms are occasionally shared). This would allow visiting Richmond by LO to start or finish there, or with the other leg of the journey being by SWT (Feltham for Heathrow, Vauxhall, Waterloo etc.), by bus, or indeed back out by LO.

I've planned yet another route after the last one saved me a grand time of 6 minutes! That's appalling! So Route 3 now has, quite possibly, the WORST ending ever, of which I am working on. :D Target is to beat 18 hours.

This topic has been moved into a different forum to the one it was posted in. Unfortunately, I forgot to uncheck the "leave shadow topic in place" when I did it, which means it still exists in the "Your Challenge Attempts" section. If I delete it from there, it will be deleted from the new place too, so you'll just have to bear with it.

I've locked the one in "Your Challenge Attempts".

No I haven't - locking that one locks THIS one. I don't think one can fix this annoying feature.

Starting to work out a schedule now.

Very last minute, I know, but I think I've found a sneaky secret  .

You move it again. Back from where it came and it removes the shadow topic. Then move it a second time to where you wanted it to go. I've done it for this topic.

A shadow topic is purely a pointer/shortcut to the actual topic.

Can we change the hard code so it doesn't ask us about leaving shadow topics in place?

I'll have a look at the weekend when I update the forum software.
