My one tip - and i'd give this to anyone....

Go get a stack of maps from your local station and draw your route out. If you make a mistake - start again.

This way you easily wher you pass through the same station multiple times.

My parents have only said I can do this if it's for charity.

Any ideas for one? I'm not a charitable person!

Nah, I need TCR to reopen as I have to change there or miss Oxford Circus.

The main issue is the changes to Kensington (Olympia). With rumors of the sevice soon being greatly reduced to a few times a day.

BREAKING NEWS

New route discovered, but I'm not revealing it, aside from the fact that I was forced to plan it from a 1988 ( :o ) tube map so I forgot the JLE, meaning that a quick and clumsy fix means the Waterloo & City line is now required.

Above my desk I have a 1940s (pre-grouping) era London Railways Diagram, which is missing anything since the Northern Heights plan was thrown out. While it looks pretty, it makes quick fire quizzes somewhat trickier as it doesn't have the Jubilee or Victoria lines, and the Docklands area looks completely different.

ETA: Slight typo with the date...

I take it all the grid references are in Roman numerals then?

I've never heard of anyone using a pre-grouping map to plan an attempt. RESPECT BLAD

It's just a white sheet with "Londinium" in the corner.

Does the National Rail between Richmond and Gunnersbury use the same tracks?
