Actually, he doesn't. You could move to America when you are 6 months old, gain citizenship, live your entire life there, and you still can't run for president.

GKR is correct. Schwarzenegger might have wanted to run for president, but he would not have been able to serve. I think it was mainly other people talking about itthough, not him.

That whole thing thing would have been more sketchy if John McCain had won the election. Obama was born in Hawaii, McCain however was born in Panama...but on a US Naval base which apparently means he was ok for president?
