Ta for that - I distributed at work through our weekly staff newsletter, and have just sent a 'shameless plug' around to the people in my department. Who knows!Going Underground wrote:Rich I passed this onto to some of my colleagues and we are up and runningRichieG wrote:Okay, I hope I'm not stepping out of line here, but - due to work reasons mostly - I've set up a JustGiving page for this. http://www.justgiving.com/cin-tube. As an update, I've noticed that Twitter doesn't allow -s in their hashtag names so the hashtag will (sorry, could it, I'm not a dictator!) be cintube.I, in an email to my colleagues, wrote:* cough *

Indeed, plus it uses less of your 140 characters anyway. Can those who will be tweeting give us their @ names here now in advance? It will make it easier to follow you all on the day, since following a #-tag is a bit mehRichieG wrote:As an update, I've noticed that Twitter doesn't allow -s in their hashtag names so the hashtag will (sorry, could it, I'm not a dictator!) be cintube.

The way I read that article was that they are out there today doing the challenge, not tomorrow? Which would obviously mean that today is Guinness World Record Day! (Why oh why do we even need a "Guinness World Record Day"?)

Not me as I'll be stuck out at a client near Green Park all day listening to them explain why they can't add up.

However, things did not go according to plan but I shall let them explain all so as to not steal their thunder
