That's not technically a group, but a "Community Page".

Re: Tube Challenge Facebook Group
Oh...I didnt see that one. I searched facebook and couldnt find a group about the Tube Challenge. Therefore I set one up myself which is a proper group however, but happy to remove it if people want to stick to the original one. The link to it is here
http://www.facebook.com/pages/Tube-Chal ... 901&ref=ts
Obviously it needs work but since it was like 2AM when I made it, I just wanted to make something quick and basic, before going to bed, with the intention of making it better later, if people liked it.

I'll happily link/like them once they have some content. Can't help the feeling that there's nothing that's not already covered on this forum though.
That said, surprise me!

Re: Tube Challenge Facebook Group
Well...As I remember Geoff saying in one of his blog posts...
"A comment on a blog had around 10 comments while on the Facebook group (of the same topic), there was over 40 comments"
I cant remember the exact numbers but what I was thinking was that since more people use facebook, and its more popular, more people might notice it? Thats just my opinion. Like I said, it was only an idea and I'm happy for it to just die down if there's not much interest. It only took 5 minutes to set up

If it would serve as a bridge between Facebook and what is almost a closed shop (here), and if that's viewed as a good thing, then go for it.garion24wales wrote:I cant remember the exact numbers but what I was thinking was that since more people use facebook, and its more popular, more people might notice it? Re: Tube Challenge Facebook Group
Well I'm not sure. Thats why I asked people on here, to see what they think. Even if its just a few pics or a little bit of info saying what its about, then thats fine. But I dont know how much detail people would want to see in it?

Well as long as it isn't "an idiots guide to running around the Tube" then there isn't much harm in it...!!

Or, if you were really an idiot, both at the same time...palkanetoijala31 wrote:An idiot guide to running around the tube thats easy take a Long Curcular tube place on ground and run round it clockwise or anti clockwise.Sam wrote:Well as long as it isn't "an idiots guide to running around the Tube" then there isn't much harm in it...!!
