Could you reframe that question in more precise terms please? Sorry to be picky, but the definition of 'primary colour' depends on whether you're an artist (red/yellow/blue), a physicist (red/green/blue), a printer (cyan/magenta/yellow/black) or a pedant (anything you like) - and I'd hate to see this collapse into an argument over which shades of blue should be counted...
