Well
OMG I'm doing the tube challenge with people young enough to be my kids (just!)

My team will hopefully have it's very own t-shirt design, which I personally think is slightly witty on the front, but a little more serious and personal on the back.
If my graphic designer friend forgets to design it for me, however, I'll wear my Limited Edition Queen+Paul Rodgers Hyde Park t-shirt, for which some bright spark had the clever idea of stamping The Show Must Go On over the original date, postponed due to the terrorist attacks the day before.

Hi there.
I'm almost ready to confirm, pending transport+accommodation (Geoff will email when I'm sure)
I went to Stockwell yesterday, as I live round the corner, and am nervous, but feel the challenge should go ahead, and I am glad so many other people have agreed.
I've made 2 attempts in the past, with a fastest time of 19h 06, although I missed out Aldgate (prophetic, eh?)
I did both of them on my own, and would like to team up with someone. I'd be especially interested in travelling with someone not very experienced, although I can't claim to be much of an expert myself. Any takers?
Ric

I bought my trainers today for the run and also a lightweight see through nike backpack for $22.00 (on sale)! I am starting to get together my things now. I had my dad listen to the pod cast with me and he know understands better about what I am oging to do. I guess Geoff explained it better. Iam going to start a diet and a workout to lose some weight so I won't be so out of shape in the event I have to do some running to keep up with ya'll.
I am still looking for those cinammon tic tacs. All I have been seeing is citrus, peppermint, and others. I will hunt them down!

Cinnamon gum is SO difficult to find in England - and I love it - those tic-tacs look groovy

I heard something on the podcast about T-shirts. Any more info on that? Also, if any decision makers read this, black is more flattering than white and hides sweat just as well! Just don't go for blue.
