...clocks synchronized at all stations?
(So I can rely on them if I haven't got a stopwatch)

The digital ones, I have found, are usually within a second or so of each other, but the conventional clocks are probably not.

They are probably more reliable than my local train station. Each stations clock NEVER show the same time! One always runs a few second faster than the other.
(Maybe there are set to different time zones!)

The clocks that WILL be set to the same time are the ones you see at the ends of the platforms under the banks of monitors.
