Carwyn Fowler: Marathon Fund-Raiser

Hi all,
As punishment for pulling out of May's Zone 1 challenge at the last minute, I have decided to run the Cardiff Marathon in 2005. Hopefully the training will stand me in good stead for future tube challenges.
Seriously, I am running to raise awareness of Mind the mental health charity. You can find out more (and see a picture of me!) at my marathon campaign website:
