There was talk of all future attempts boycotting Shoreditch! Going Underground spotted a sign at Whitechapel saying, "Shoreditch is permanently closed." As the attempt entails visiting all Underground stations, this presumably means only the ones that are still open, rather than ones like Down Street, British Museum or Shoreditch.
But I daren't start the Shoreditch debate up again.
The Tube challenge World Cup sounds amusing. Also there's a charity thing going on in November, but things have been quiet on that front recently.

I saw that sign a couple of weeks ago, replaced a really old sign that still mentioned Surrey Docks.
http://inspectorsands.fotopic.net/c1024675.html shows both signs
I noticed a sign at Aldwych a while ago that could stir up a whole Aldwych debate, but we don't want that

A few points to clarify here then....
I take it that garion24wales is talking about a 275 and if so will this be a GWR attempt?
What was the Tube Challenge world cup all about? as this sounds interesting
As John S mentions I also have same photographic evidence as per the editorsfoot link "Shoreditch station is permanently closed" If this is presented to Guiness theh surely there can be no "debate"

I suspect that Tubeguru's got his eye on this thread already, mouse hovering over the "lock thread" button!

Well in an attempt to get back 'on topic' I may well be up for some kind of challenge at the end of October, not too sure what, probably just Z1, bottle or all lines. The full challenge is a bit too much for me once the clocks change and you have to run around in the dark, and I'm not too sure Mrs Editorsfoot will give her approval.
