I like to change train,
To travel the whole network,
Hoping for record.

Can you do better than this work of genius? Probably. So have a go.

Think I understand the rules, this is my first ever Haiku so please let me know if I got it right

Leaves fall on the track,
Frozen points at Aldgate East,
No record today.

Eighteen, thirty-five
And five seconds less than us
That's how close it was

This is all a bit too much Radio 4 high brow for me, much easier to discuss smells on the underground but here is my best (and worst) effort;

Last train to Shoreditch
No more peak only service
Never visit again

Northern Line is crap
Signal failures all the time
Long trip home tonight

You've got two too many syllables in the third line there.

It should be 5-7-5

"Three cheers for Shoreditch!"
Thus spake the driver that day
And good riddance too

OK, good job I'm not an English teacher, or a maths teacher as I obviously can't count either!

Lets try again
