And what *was* I saying/doing in that photo??

And has anyone got a picture of me as the Underground Masker?

All of these questions, and more, need answers!

I was talking to some people about how the ISO setting on my camera worked. I pointed the camera randomly to my left and just took a picture to demonstrate. As it happens, by sheer chance, I took that shot!

Heh. It'd make a great caption competition, I reckon.

I have no idea why I was looking so disgruntled. Perhaps it was because I'd discovered that Team TNT had beaten me into 5th place by just 1 second.

Starkey, get over it

Just because there were 3 of us (including the fat slow one) and we had no idea where we were going

Haha. I had no idea either! I mean, there were all these people with Way Out maps, standing in the correct carriage, and then there's me. I always seemed to have been in just about the worst place, and then had to dash after those clever people each time!

Well I liking running, but I'm more of a long distance person. On arrival at Aldgate East, I was at the front of the ruddy train would you believe, and looking back saw a great crowd of over ten people racing up the steps. So I sprinted to catch up, which really took it out of me. Short distance running is not my forte I'm afraid...

Planning a route isn't my forte! Maybe next year I ought not to do a circular route...

How about a complete ban on any starting station being on the southern side of the Circle Line for next year?
I think it was the combination of start station and the fact that Queensway was closed both times that made it quite similar. Next year it will probably be Regent's Park only that's closed. That really turns the table - I think!

I don't think we need to ban the south side of the Circle - but maybe some other random restrictions could be applied. E.g. a simulated random closure (from a given set of stations, making it reasonable).

Hang on, you propose picking a random station where changing, leaving, or entering is banned? Surely that would be too restrictive, as the idea is to keep the rules as simple as possible.
