A number of interiors/passageways of Underground stations are now on Google Streetview, with more to come:

I've had a look at a few, like Westminster and King's Cross - they're quite useful (I've managed to rediscover the "secret staircase" at Westminster!). However there are issues where two passageways cross on different levels (like the separate levels for the Eastbound and Westbound Jubilee Line platforms at Westminster) as StreetView can only handle two dimensions.
Although not listed in the article, it appears that Paddington (B,C,D, E) is being put on as well, but isn't navigable yet.
