if you had to remove 1 station to make an FNC easier what would it be. excluding Olympia because that is obviously the most awkward

Kensington (Olympia). Because of it's limited service it's an absolute toad to tick off. I still remember someone on this forum doing five tube challenges in a week and out of 880 stations that was the only station that was missed

Which raises an interesting (albeit off-topic) question:

At some time or other, pretty much all of us have either caught the wrong train, missed our stop, or otherwise ended up somewhere we didn't mean to be. Has anyone wound up at Olympia by accident?

Not on a full network, but I do have a knack of arriving at Earl's Court on R15s from the west to double back on to another westbound branch and run across the bridge ready to jump on to a waiting train only to realise at the last minute that it is the Olympia one. Not actually ended up their by accident (yet).

Ooh, good point. Not only is Southwark usually an awkward double back, it often seems that if something's going to go wrong, it'll go wrong there!

I'd go with Chesham. Yes, MHE (and quite a few others) have awkward double backs but it is possible to do them fairly quickly with a bit of luck. Chesham always requires half an hour to go up the branch, wait for a bit and then come back.

Having said that, I've not yet been screwed over by T4.
