The C2C train is an obvious one, as is Chesham but Northwick Park, Park Royal, Woodford and Finchley Central are all potentially useful as are several others.
On my previous tablet - so I will have to download it again, I did have a toilet map of the system which showed me where they all were

There's a useful public toilet about halfway between West Ruislip and Ickenham, if you are doing that transfer on foot.

Some sort of wide necked bottle is also a potential option on the quieter bits of the network

Most toilets seem to be outside of zone 1 and end of lines i think its basically if u have a few minutes and you know the train isnt going for 2 minutes take the chance for a pee, a shit well you just got to go when u can.

What's the best time to start in Chesham. I have a Metropolitan line leaflet (which is outdated, just so you know) which did state the first train from Chesham was at 0512, but I know Geoff on attempt No. 3 started at 0545 (or thereabouts)

Since I'm not going for a record but a completion I was fancying the 0512 train, but this is complicated by the fact I'm taking an Uber or taxi from Heathrow Terminal 5 in the morning so I don't have to find a ride at midnight at the end

You may find it helpful to Google tfl working timetables
First to 100000 in the 2015+ Tumbleweed contest. Winner of a few rounds of a diverse range of quizzes/games. Some decent times in alternative challenges as a fiftysomething who merely walks briskly. Briefly led All The Actons.

My reply to that would be don't start at Chesham if going for a completion with Olympia in it properly, unless you have found a weekend day with no engineering works, as it is much easier to pick Olympia up in the morning after only going for an hour or so than in the evening after lots of hours.
Held some Alternative Challenge records for a long time.
Doesn't any more.

There is one start time from Chesham that is more efficient than the others, though it can cause difficulties later on....
