And given the high possibility of somebody catching something from somebody else, or from a filthy dispenser/fountain, I would say you have no chance of that ever happening.

Thames Water started installing water fountains at stations in 2019 (designed to refill water bottles rather than the traditional water fountain design), but had to switch them off because of the pandemic. They haven't been taken out though, so one day I'm sure they'll be switched on again.

If you've got time on the platform to fill your water bottle, your challenge has gone wrong somewhere ;-)

I use Google Maps as a "journey finder" for checking various routes, and I've just noticed that some Northern Line services in the middle of the day appear to be terminating at Mill Hill East. I'm surprised because I thought it was only services in the morning and evening rush hours that either terminated or started their journey at MHE. Have TFL changed their mind about this?

For example, there's a 12:38pm service from Morden that terminates at MHE at 1:36pm on weekdays at the moment.

Yes, all trains to MHE now run through to Central London since the Battersea branch opened.
