I'm not quite sure when this happened, but Heathrow Terminals 1, 2, and 3 has now been replaced with Heathrow Terminals 2 and 3.

It's been changed on the brand new map, but I don't know that it's actually been renamed properly, e.g. https://tfl.gov.uk/tube/stop/940GZZLUHR ... piccadilly

I think it is only changed on maps while T1 is closed for redevelopment.

T1 is not reopening. The extenstion of terminal 2, Terminal 2B (or not 2B, now that's a question!) will open in place of part of T1.

At that point Terminal 3 will be demolished in 2019/2020. Heathrow will then have 3 terminals served by three Tube stations (H2, H4, and H5).

Yeah I spotted this when I was at Work the other week before the map came out, spoke to a few people there and found out that terminal 1 has been completely closed back in June/July time, why it wasn't updated sooner I don't know

Name changes to stations, LU or otherwise only happen on 2nd Jan when fare data changes.
