The ones i can think of are
Foot
National Rail
Tram Way
Bus or Coach (Public service not hired)
Air plane - Only because its totally unfasable as you have to wait 1 hour and there are no planes between londdon city and heathrow
Non acceptable obviously
Taxi
Private Car
Any walkking aid such as roller skates
not sure where water taxi comes into it but would be slow anyway
Acceptable Forms Of Transport Non Tube

Bearing in mind, of course, that HEx is free to do T123 to/from T4, and there's also the "Heathrow Free Flow" zone on the buses, not that that really affects tube challengers as you'd have a ticket
But sure, if you're mad enough to want to spend another £14.50 on a HEx single, go right ahead
Cheers,
Barry
