The bar stewards at TfL have changed the timetable, a perfect connection coming down from Epping for a loop at Woodford has changed from 2 mins to -1 min

Can anyone work out or tell me what time the 1147 from Hainault arrives at Woodford?
Is it 1157 or 1157 1/2 ?

According to the WTT it arrives at 11:58:15 and departs at 11:59:15.
