Ride round the course on a horse, you'll be certain to break your PB.

OK, the table is updated. Quite a few runners this week, with a PB for jamesthegill, and a near-PB for Geoff.

Crypto is awarded a PB by default, of course, as it's his first run.

I don't think there are many places I haven't lived where people have done a parkrun now - Rickmansworth is my latest ex-abode to have one.

Well done Geoff, cracking time today :P

I managed a course PB at Crane Park (4 runs there now) so pretty happy with that :)

Well done guys. PB over here too :D Though last week's conditions were a little treacherous, so I was expecting to find some extra seconds on a dry course.

well done Geoff seeing as so close to 25m that must be an aim 1km every 5mins to break it then go lower each time. I went to support a friend today there time was 27m 13s not bad although foggy at start.

And caps off to me as well today, that's 100 runs since my last PB (Northala Fields, 16th May 2015)

Was that what you meant to type? ;-)

Not a Parkrun (as my nearest Parkrun venue is over 5K away, there doesn't seem a lot of point walking that far just to run 5K!), but a PB of sorts for myself today anyway. 3.5K (possibly the longest distance I've run since last year's Monster Race) in 27 minutes. Not earth-shattering, but quite pleasing given the ankle troubles I've been having on and off for the last 18 months, and back to my pre-injury pace.

It's pretty much the same distance as High Barnet-Cockfosters, but flatter!

OK, all updated.

PBs for Geoff and crypto, a course best for GU, and jamesthegill manages to equal his PB of last week. I haven't counted it as a PB, even though it technically *is* his PB time ...

Consistency is important.

(Also it was foggy and I kicked on a fraction too late, annoyingly.)

Well it wouldn't be, as it's not April yet.
