Pymmes is a nice course to get a fast time. Saying that did not expect to get that far under 30mins.

My PB location has returned to Milton Keynes. 5 seconds off my Pymmes time, 28 off my MK time. MK is a tougher course :)

New Pb but only for Guildford new time 29:27 well pleased with that time as it is a much harder course than Pymmes.

I ran today in Liverpool for a rare midweek parkrun opportunity and got a new PB. Relatively gentle course. Edit: turns out I wasn't the only one setting a PB this morning!
