It's my birthday next Saturday. Gonna head to Beckenham Place parkrun, would be lovely to see anyone else that wishes to join.

My next run is my 50th. Have decided to be a tailwalker at my local course next week, so a spot of volunteering beckons tomorrow at a sort of local course!
Held some Alternative Challenge records for a long time.
