I don't wish to alarm anyone, but I'm planning on partaking in my first parkrun in a while tomorrow morning ...

My next run is my 50th. Have decided to be a tailwalker at my local course next week, so a spot of volunteering beckons tomorrow at a sort of local course!
Held some Alternative Challenge records for a long time.
