GU gets the kudos this week, running his best time all year at Osterley. Elsewhere 11 more of us also get kudos for getting out there - between all of us we visited 11 different courses, 5 of which no other tube challenger has run at before! Stats here.

Exactly a year since the first of the double hamstring tears - taking a long time to heal for sure but slightly easier to move legs now

Only 8 of us out this week, but some notable performances despite the relatively low numbers. Well done to Andi for completing the South-East, geofftech for his best ever recorded Age Grading (and best time this year), and The Raven for running a new course best for Upton House. I've just noticed the most events page on parkrun.com has changed to only show people who've completed over 50 parkruns rather than 20...

yes i noticed that i think there was just too many people the website kept crashing so that might be the reason they capped to 50!

I've amended the wording on the spreadsheet to reflect the higher bar for entry to the parkrun.com 'Most Events Table' as mentioned above, thanks for drawing my attention to that!

im a 3 regionnaire now very close to 4 but south west will have to wait a little while next up is newport and will be my slowest time this year as im guide running.

Well, nice work on your region collecting. I dread to think what your travel and accomodation bills look like. These free weekly runs can get expensive! Well done to all 11 runners this week, especially A2 who re-qualifies for the "Most Events Table" with his 50th different at Northala Fields.
