Imagine if all of the tube voiceovers were changed so that they were all done by Kevin Bacon? He might as well he's everywhere at the moment

Heard by me on an LO train a few months ago:

"The next station is Peckham Rye. Please ensure you keep your personal belongings with you at all times"...

Driver of a Metropolitan line train today:

"Hi, I'm Aidan, and welcome aboard this 8 million pound Metropolitan line train. We're at Uxbridge, and ready to depart. Please mind the doors."

"Hi, it's me again, and there's an awesome service on the Metropolitan line today. It rocks! There's minor delays on the Circle and Hammersmith and City lines due to a points failure at Hammersmith, but other than that a good service on all other London Underground lines."

"Hi, just to announce we're coming into Rayners Lane, change here for the Piccadilly line, where there is a good service... so far."

I'll never forget, several years ago, the driver of a Waterloo & City line train I was on:

"Welcome aboard this Waterloo & City line train. For those of you on the left hand side, if you look out now, you can see a wall. And for those of you on the right hand side there's another wall."

I'll never forget this on the Met Line:

"The next station is Harrow-on-the-Hill, where you can change for services to Amersham, Chesham, and championship Watford. There will be a short break here while we change drivers and I get my breakfast."
