How does one go about this? Do you just approach random people and ask them to sign/date your form? Do people ever tell you to sod off?

Is it best to just approach station staff rather than Joe Public?

No because staff don't tend to like people running around their network
You ask enough people and someone will sign the piece of paper

Has anyone had station staff get arsey with you because you are doing the challenge? If you've got a travelcard, they can't exactly ask you to leave the tube network.

I haven't personally but if you act in the correct manner then they won't really question you.
From back in the day when the stupid T4 bus existed, running through Heathrow was rather interesting with the police watching you intently though!!

A member of staff at Paddington quite recently, told me off for telling people to stand on the right while going down the escalator.
Mind you, at Woodford I've had a member of staff come up to us and ask "So, how's it going?"

The chap at Ickenham is very aware of the challenge.
I'm told at a different station, one member of staff even openes the gates as challengers arrive to avoid them using their paper tickets.

Why did the bloke at Aldgate East ask you to leave the platform? None of them would really know you're doing the challenge, unless you come sprinting into the station screaming "Tube Challenge, get ouuta my way"
