I would just like to say a big caps off to Boris and the boys for marking out running lanes at all the Central London interchanges for the Tube Olympics

It has certainly helped us avoid the crowds during the evening All Lines, Bottle and Z1 events and lead to 3 new Olympic and 1 new World record.....

ooooooh, on the roads. The road lanes are empty which means running on them avoids the crowds on the pavement.
