Anyone watching this this year?

Basically, it's hogging the news at the moment - Frankie Cocozza (boys category) has been kicked off for taking cocaine :!: :o and an announcement will be made tomorrow whether Johnny Robinson (from Harrow :D ) will be reinstated.

Does this really warrant a thread on the forum? :P ;)

This is being discussed on social media sites, it doesn't need a thread on here too ;)

Isn't this a social media site?

It's a forum for tube geeks, hardly Facebook....

As for the media bit....

And now for the nearly ten o'clock news from my bedroom in Wales... ;)

I don't watch it, in fact I deplore the whole concept of it, but by your theory there should be no non-tube geeky stuff posted on here, which would render the Quizzes forum and the Off Topic forum completely useless. If you can't mention this sort of crap in the Off Topic forum, what is the point of this forum existing?

This one does, as it allows me to say how much I ******* hate the shit. I turned the news on yesterday, and the top story was X-Factor. I've just picked up today's Metro and the front page has X-Factor on it. That bloody advert on TV where the X-Factor losers are singing When You Wish Upon A Star gets right on my tits.

**** off.

Thanks. Carry on.

I third this comment! I think X factor is nothing but a glorified karaoke competition! It takes its self WAY too seriously!

I agree that the X-Factor is not news and as such should not appear on news programmes ahead of stories about wars and famine and so on. Priorities?

The priority is to make sure the popular majority are catered for.
