I've heard talk recently of people looking back over old service reports (to identify 'perfect' days etc.,) and I was wondering where you find them.

Anyone know?

I believe the person to whom you refer has access to these reports because they are a TfL member of staff. As for if you could get at them yourself, I guess a FoI request wouldn't do any harm?
