Had a bit of thought and your train if coming to AT via EC was that it diverted immediately at Acton Town, or if coming from TG/H, then it didn't stop at TG/AT.

Perhaps you had a Terminal 5 train and a T4 train was released at Northfields off timetable, saving you ten minutes?
