So what did the doctor order you? You are about to find out...

I was back at Bank for 15.14, this time at the Lombard Street entrance.

Exiting the maze successfully:
--jamesthegill
--Going Underground
--Andi
--Nigel
--jbom
--garion

Still stuck on the spiral staircase:
--greatkingrat (Picc. Circus)
--starkey (St. Pauls)
--barrykas (Picc. Circus)
----------------------------------------------------------
Photo 15.16 fooled half of you that entered to this. Sadly, I was not at Bond Street or Marylebone but I was at Euston instead. This entrance to the Underground provides direct access from the suburban platforms (platforms 8-12) of the mainline station, where the majority of LM and NLL services are platformed.

Going the direct way:
--greatkingrat
--starkey
--garion
--barrykas

Going the long way:
--jamesthegill (Marylebone)
--Going Underground (Bond Street)
--Andi (Bond Street)
--Nigel (Bond Street)

This quiz terminates here. Please await further announcements.

I'm suprised none of you noticed the "OUT" of the "way out" sign in the top left corner which is obviously Network Rail font/design for their London stations (I should know having used London Bridge a lot :P ). That narrowed it down for me.

Also (this is how I narrowed it down further), Marylebone isnt operated by Network Rail so that counted that station out, for once its operated by Chiltern Railways also, its too small to have an entrance of that character with the only connection to the Underground being the Bakerloo Line. I've been to the majority of other London Termini stations so it was only a matter of logical thinking :)
