Last date that I heard mentioned anywhere was to reopen on the first monday of the new timetable in December.

Well i think we should do something special like have a tea party on the platform when it does.

Two things:

1) Doubt TFL would approve of that given the number of people using the platforms,

2) Nomination for post of the year award

The first train will be at about 0530 so the wrong time for a tea party!

Maybe starting the December R15 at Blackfriars is a bit more realistic.
