I went to the Bedford once. Not the main pub bit, but the Banana Cabaret Comedy Club type affair attached to it. Saw Mark Thomas (filming for his TV show). He was funny. It was the one that featured "Temps for Tories" for anyone with the foggiest idea what I'm on about.

I've decided that i have a major vendetta against the northern line, this evening, I was in a bad mood anyway and get to northern line southbound platform, look at the board "MORDEN 10 MINS" you're having a laugh and as this is underground minutes, the train comes in after 15, only for everyone to push me out of the way and get on the train, so i stay where i am, Grrr!

Then next train comes in after 3-4 mins, so i manage to squeeze on that one, only for an announcement "THIS TRAIN WILL NOT BE GOING ANYWHERE FOR A WHILE BECAUSE OF SIGNAL FAILURE AT BANK" joy of all joys, 5 minutes later we move and i finally get home and just to top it all of it was rush hour!

Ok...Calm restored now i've ranted!

yup, me too. i arrived at kings cross at about 6 on the picc line intending to change onto the northern to get to london bridge, went to the SB platform and the crowds were too vast to actually fit onto the entire platform - they were leaking out into the corridors. and the indicator board said "6 minutes, 14 minutes, (blank)". luckily i can also get home from victoria, but still... i thought all this madness was over

the central line today was screwed aswell... the tube was in a right state basically.

I was 10 minutes late this morning thanks to 'minor delays,' but managed to more or less escape any other problems with it.

Though I DID miss my stop at Euston on the way back, which was annoying..
