Finally i Managed to start an attempt it was my 3rd ever solo attempt held on thursday before zone 1 day.
Day went increasingly well despite a earlier train being slow and then for no apparent reason said it had to hold for the gaps in service bollocks.I managed to get back on track in early afternoon and an incredible Kensington Olympia connection 16s in and out.
The day nearly went to pot when the perfect Woodford via Hainault train was very slow and nearly cost me an Epping Train connection again no luck was had by me all day only 2 buses caught out of a possible 6-7 chances.
The fact that i was solo worked against me in the end as i missed a MHE train by 5 secs but despite this i was on World Record pace for 13h and probably would have finished in around 17h dead if i continued past Finchley central.
