Sam "Isn't" Going Solo: Part Two

I didn't know whether to publicise this or just get on with it and be quiet
However, I have decided to make it public knowledge and not content with one solo record, i'm going to try and get another one! I've got a new route which I am eager to take out and neither of my team is available any time soon so on Wednesday 5th May 2010, I am going out on my own once again!

OK, as I did the Exeter Half Marathon yesterday and am currently struggling to walk. I am postponing this attempt.
I hope to be able to complete the challenge on Friday but will reassess in a couple days

Was hard but finished in 3 hours 05 minutes and 09 seconds, which took 14 whole minutes off my PB
I don't think I do too badly at these things considering I walk the whole way... Today however, I have back ache, leg ache and my foot really hurts.
Why oh why do I do these things to myself!

Possibly - it's due to finish brewing the week before Z1 so should be able to bring up a few bottles then

Update:
Friday attempt postponed as I will no doubt be up late tomorrow trying to work out which idiot will be running our country so this attempt will now be taking place on Monday 10th May 2010
