Re: Where am I: London bus route II
As far as bus routes are concerned, that would count as a distinctly different number. One operator in the West Midlands (Ludlows, now part of Diamond) had all their routes beginnning with 00, such as 002 and 007.jonny wrote:He could be clever and put leading zeros on.

More clarification needed. Are you talking about the route number, the bus fleetnumber or the depot duty number?mullardo wrote:Are you on a bus with a 1 or 2 digit number?

Does the bus route number have any of the characters between A and Z in it?

As shown above, Richie, He's already answered that.....tangy wrote:No, there is no Central Line station on the route I am onjonny wrote:Does your route interchange directly with any Central Line stations?
To clear up any confusion in regards to the previous question, the route number is NOT alphanumberic.

Not necessarily... The original question was 'contain' where I said 'have', and the clarification said 'it is not alphanumeric'...
