Who or what is this "lady train of the night" you speak of, and how do I get a ride?

i think "lady" = "last".

and.... we did 16 hours, 28 minutes.

well at least in my fantasy world we did, because THAT was one of the easiest tube challenges ever. all from the comfort of my keyboard. deliberate spelling mistakes included.

NOW do you all believe me when I tell you that i'm simply not that fussed about doing it?

(congrats to Sam for spotting Neil online and working it out .. he he)

So you had a laptop with you when you were going around the network? Impressive!

In truth, we were discussing it at the beginning of the Park Challenge this morning and we all thought it was a wind-up...

But I don't see your logic. You spend a whole day writing fake updates to prove that you don't care?

yes, i wanted to draw your attention to the fact that i don't care!

ever since i got back i've been fielding the question off of "when am i going to do it again?", and no one seems to believe me when i tell them that i'm just not that fussed right now. it's fun watching everyone else, and catching up on the forum... but.. that's about it.

i'm far too busy getting my life back together again and getting my head down at the BBC again to go running about for a whole day. Zone1 fun - sure. Full 275? - No!

I am waiting to hear the full results myself actually, so I won't give my own story until I've heard that from Kevin :)

My Dad and I were never planning to go to the pub. We even had a Moor Park finish so that we could get home quickly afterwards. I have no idea what happened to the others.

Similarly all I know is that we (me & edgemaster) finished 4th. We too finished at Moor Park, however I never got there and didn't make the pub either just so that I actually got the train home. Was a frustrating yet fantastic day. Report to follow.
