Ditto. If there have been any recent changes to the official rules, however slight, I think we ought to know. Perhaps Geoff is simply going to update the rules as found on his site. I've no issue with that, so keep an eye on:

Has anyone ever got any "local dignitaries" to sign their witness statements? Do you need to wake up the Mayor of Chesham in order to do a valid record attempt?
