Sounds a tad extreme to report him for taking a photo of an approaching train! I'm sure I did it on Wednesday, oops!

25 down and no chance? That can be made up usually.

They must be on a very tight schedule!

Must be new to the job. Don't they warn them about Tube Challengers? ;)

It was the driver from the train they photographed I have since established....

Thinking of which GWR require photographic evidence so I suppose if your are doing an attempt you should really contact TfL and get permission in advance....

Or just don't use the flash - it's the flash that's the safety issue for drivers, I hear. (Waits to be corrected.)

UPDATE 1310HRS

They are at sunny Wimbledon and approx 30 mins down but pressing on for completion....

I have the fully story on the camera/driver incident, young Tangy stepped slightly over the yellow line and the driver crapped himself thinking he was about to have a "one under"

Ahh understandable...I know drivers crap themselves when that happens or think that it is about to happen. I've seen drivers not be able to even step into a cab after a one under.

To be honest, one needs to learn how to be surreptitious as a Tube Challenger. I mean, racing yelling down a corridor taking FLASH pictures of everything is bound to attract attention. But after a while, one does get used to being slick and whatsname, so as not to arouse annoyance.
